RETURN POLICY

To all of our Valued customers we really appreciate your support you have given Poppet in a box. 

For any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will offer you store credit in the form of a Gift Voucher to the value of what you have purchased. 

Please bring your item back to the shop within 7 working days or send it to the below address.

Please message kelly@poppetinabox.co.nz if you are an online customer and I can email you your code for your store credit. 

AFTER PAY and Zip Payment options will be refunded into the account paid as part of the Fair trading act. 

NOTE: Courier fees are not refunded. 

PLEASE NOTE YOU MUST RETURN WITH THE LABEL STILL ON AND YOUR RECEPIT.
